Delivery and Handling
“Ava & Partners Limited” (hereinafter referred to as “Our company”) provide worldwide online order and delivery service. Parcels are generally dispatched according to order sequence within 1-3 business days (Monday to Saturday, except public holidays) after payment accepted and sent out from Hong Kong.
Hong Kong Area
We offer free delivery on orders over HKD$600. Delivery fee HKD$30 is applied on orders under $600.
If you wish to pick up from a SF-express's specific point, you may fill in the delivery address a shop's code (eg 852M, H852J005P etc)
For example: It is required to fill in the delivery address with 852M if you wish to pick up from Shop A, G/F, Man Lok Building, 91 Bonham Strand & 117 Wing Lok Street, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong

If Choosing HK Surface Packet -- delivery fee will depend on the weight of the packet.

1. Delivery fee will depend on the weight of the packet. You should receive the packet within 3-10 working days depending on the distance.

If your orders are not received within the above mentioned period, please inform us by email (email@example.com). In order to ensure purchased order to be sent accurately without delay, please state clearly on your personal information and delivery address before submitting the order.
If occasional shortage of stock for certain products arising from delay occurs due to importation, we apologize for the inconvenience caused and shall give further notice on delivery arrangement.
As delays are inevitable, this may due to custom clearance at destination, our company holds no liability over delays.
Overseas customers should bear import duties, tax or any additional charges.
If paracel is rejected by the receiver or fail to reach the receiver and finally bounced back to us / returned by delivery complany
Order was sent out with the delivery details stated when placing order, pracel being returned by shipping company/post office in 30 days after parcel was sent would treat as order completed, order will not be send again and will not entitled with refund.
If parcel returned within 30 days after parcel was sent out, we reserve right to charge all the extra expense arised before resend the parcel, and it is limitd to one time only, and it will treat as order completed if parcel being returned again.
For the effectiveness of handling orders, shipping charge are fixed in reasonable rate according to destination, whereas actual shipping charge varies according to total weight of the parcel. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
