1. “Ava and partners Limited” (hereinafter referred to as “Our company”) provide worldwide online order and delivery service.
2. For a better and smooth order processing, order cannot be combined or amended after submission. Even there is an additional order of same product(s) or other product(s) which are purchased on the same day after an order has already been submitted, that purchase will still be counted as a separate order and need to pay extra shipping cost.
3. Email with tracking numbers will be send when order being processed.
4. All product shots are taken with the real object. Due to environment, light, and printing, the appearance of the products on photos may slightly be different from real object. Our company do not accept return request due to this reason.
5. Order will be automatically cancelled without prior notice if bank transfer payment has not been completed within 3 days after placing order. Please place your order again if needed.
6. Our company will not reserve product for unpaid orders, you are advised to complete payment as soon as possible after purchased.
7. Products shown here on the website are available while stocks permit and can be removed without any prior notice.
8. Orders are process by computer system and hence, delivery address cannot be changed after order was placed.
9. Unpaid orders with discounted/promoted item(s) sell at special prices or comes with specific gift(s) within specific promotion period will be cancelled by computer system automatically when promotion ended, orders cannot be re-open after cancelled.
10. Payment that was fail to complete before the deadline of the promotion period will not be able to entile with the promotion discount/gift (payment processed and completed by Paypa or by the date and time show on the transfer record), it is require to pay for the price difference in order to process and complete with the order with no refund.

11. If there is/are pre-order item from the order, the whole order will be prepared and send at once when the pre-order item(s) is/are ready to ship. ( You may request to send by two parcel, while extra fees for shipping will occure)
12. Our company shall reserve the right to cancel any orders that violate our terms and regulations, net amount after deduct all the fees included would be refunded through PayPal.

Please check and confirm with the items from your parcel in front of the courier before sign for delivery confirmation, once delivery was successed, it was said to be no missing item(s) from the parcel and further request will NOT be accepted.
If you find missing items from the parcel before sign for delivery confirmation:
1.Please reject the parcel and ask the couirer to the parcel back
2. Email to email@example.com with the order number to tell us about the missing item from parcel
We will then contact the courier to return the rejected parcel and send out the order again.

We handle every parcel with care and had confirmed the orders are in good condition before sending out to delivery service provide, however, delivery journey may cause problems form time to time that we cannot guarantee. Please contact us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from the date that your order had successfully delivered.
Goods should remains with original packing and same condition as item received.
We will pay for the delivery charges arise when the related problem are result from mishandle of us. Otherwise, customer will have the full response on paying the full shipping expense and other related expenses.

If customer find the product that has gone bad with, we will send back to item to our supplier or manufacturer for investigation, usually it take 1-2 months times, we will arrange replacement right after if it has been proved that the quality of the items has problem.
Customer will have to pay for the delivery charges occured
Customers can exchange once for each order, we do not accept further exchange on items that has been replaced and we do not accept any refund.
If customer is fail to fulfill the requirement from exchange policy, we will NOT accept any exchange, refund nor net amount settlement.
We reserve all right of the final decision on exchange or relevant matthers.

Orders and services are handle by sequence to enhance smooth operation and shorter handling time, however, we understand that it may has urgent need in handling with the order, to ensure handling within 48 hours or send out on specific date (exclude Sat, Sun and public holiday), we accept special handling with a fee of HK$200, parcel will be send out from our warehouse within 48 hours or specific date (exclude Sat, Sun and public holiday) upon received the special handling fee.
