The Very Photogenic Amino Acid Face Soap

With Lavender and Geranium

Unlike most of the handmade soap in the market which is alkaline in nature (around pH8-9), our amino acid face soap is water-based, amino acid cleanser with a pH close to healthy skin (pH5.5). This gentle soap would help to preserve NMF (Natural moisturizing factors), ceramides and sebum in our skin, therefore restoring oil and water balance.

Ingredients Highlight

TEA-Cocoyl Glutamate

Triethanolamine(TEA) is the only “non-natural” ingredient used in our range. Being a strongly alkaline substance, it is possible for you to find bad comments on this ingredient such as “causing irritation”. In our product, however, TEA is used merely as a neutralizer for cocoyl glutamic acid (which is derived from coconut), as a result, our amino acid soap does not contain TEA, but only TEA-Cocoyl glutamate.

TEA-Cocoyl Glutamate is a very gentle, amino acid based cleanser with a pH close to healthy skin, it could also provide rich foams which brings you the best user experience.

Allantoin

Apart from its moisturizing effect, allantoin is a keratoplastic ingredient which could soften the hornified layer of the skin while soothing it at the same time. It is therefore suitable for the care of stressed skin.

Urea 

Urea is a natural occuring moisturiser in our epidermis and accounts for 5-7% of the natural moisturizing factor (NMF). Apart from the strong ability to attract water to the skin, it has a slight keratoplastic effect which helps to wake up your skin.

Organic True Lavender Essential Oil

The sweet floral and green notes of lavender makes it literally the best known essential oil in the world. As stated in the Latin origin ‘Lavare’, it is a relaxing, mood-enhancing and nervous tension reliever.

Geranium Essential Oil 

The sweet, floral scented geranium essential oil has the ability to balance sebum level in the skin, at the same time lifting your mood during emotional distress.

Texture ｜ Transparent soap, bubbles will be formed when rubbed with water

Colour ｜ Transparent + Pink

How to Apply ｜ Rub the soap with wet hands until bubbles are formed, massage the bubbles on the face with circular motion, rinse with water. The soap is suggested to be placed on a piece of sponge between uses to prevent melting.
